Step 12: Understand the FSSC standard Audit Process:

Phase 1:- The Phase 1 audit proves that the method has been develope and designed under the FSSC 22000 certification requirements, the association’s internal documents, and the country’s regulations and laws. It is needed that the association must have at least 6 months of verifiable papers and it must be current when the audit takes place. 

Phase 2:- As per the FSSC 22000 standard, the Phase Two audit reinforces the top control claim by auditing the performance of the food protection management system. Activities are assess in the initial certification audit. After the complete audit, the site must be fully operational. This audit must be conduct within 6 months of the Phase 1 audit.

The applicant is issue with either Minor, Critical, or Major findings. In the case of Critical and Major findings, certification is not issue until these are close. Certification is issued only after these are closed. Critical findings mean immediate failure. Therefore a GAP assessment is created while the audit proceeds.

Step 13: Certificate Issue:

As you know, all findings are close to the satisfaction of the auditor. The Registrar issues a certificate. This certificate assures a mandatory point of view that it specifies all the requirements of certification and provides necessary guidance. This certification expires after three years

Step 14: Annual Surveillance Audits: 

After achieving certification, Annual Surveillance Audits conduct to maintain standards in the organization.

Step 15: Recertification Necessities:
