1. Electronic Delivery –  Our team can also send your legal documents via email or other electronic means(Whatsapp). This is an effective and fastest method.
2. Individual Pickup –  You can also collect your documents directly from our office.

1. Electronic Delivery – Usually within 2-3 working days.
2. Individual Pickup – According to the planned appointment time.

Delivery Issues

Although we try to ensure timely delivery, but courier service may have unexpected delays due to many factors. If you face any problem or delay in the delivery of services or documents, please contact us at [email protected]. We make every possible effort to solve your problem.

Client Responsibilities

It’s the responsibility of the client to provide complete contact information for the successful delivery of documents. regularly check your email for any notifications and updates about the delivery of documents. A Star Legal Associates will not be responsible for any delay or damage that occurs due to incomplete or incorrect information of delivery address provided by the Client. According to our privacy policy, we store client’s documents and information in our system for a maximum of 30 days. Clients are responsible for collecting their services or documents within this time frame, as we typically send out the documents within 2-3 working days. Please note that any documents requested after the 30 days will not be available.
